Oatmeal - Hoji Tea Latte

This is quick preparation oatmeal, you just add hot water and sit for a couple of minutes.
It is already tasted with herb/tea, and 6 kinds of nuts and seeds are mixed in!! All nuts are ground (it is easy to digest) and are good protein sources!
ho-ji tea is Japanese roasted green tea. It is less caffeine and significant roasted flavors. Soymilk has rich in protein and gives you a mild milky taste.
[One serving] 1/3 cup (30 g)
[How to eat] For quick preparation, add 2/3cup of Boiling water and wait for 3-4mins.
For regular preparation: with 2/3 cup of water or milk, cook over medium heat on the stovetop, use a microwave or soak overnight in the fridge.

Rolled oats, walnut, almond, organic pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, shredded coconut, coconut sugar, organic cane sugar, sea salt, ho-ji tea leaf, soymilk powder
