1, 2, Ch-Ch-Chai! The Chai is our take on one of the world's most popular drinks with a little added spice to take it to the next level.

The Chai is our take on the traditional classic tea, specifically designed to help:

• Boost Energy Levels
• Aid Digestion
• Regulate Cholesterol Levels

• Calm Inflammation

The Chai is extremely aromatic and flavourful and has no artificial additives. The tea is small-leaf, meaning it's been stoneground into very small pieces. 

• Sri Lankan Black Tea
• Cinnamon
• Ginger
• Cardamom
• Cloves

This tea is rated as having medium-high levels of caffeine. We recommend brewing this delicious and incredibly healthy tea for 3-4 minutes at 160°F for optimum results, and drinking while hot. Or mixing into a cool latte for a summer drink that's hard to beat.
